Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos for verification. Velgrinder will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
